"Rachet"

Rachet is a female techie who works for the mercguild... not sure if we could have her give out missions, but if we do they should be to aquire (aka steal) exotic or hard to find technology.

Bounty Hunters (Grey, with some Black-leaning members)

in a nutshell, these players are just glorified vigilantes. Not really a faction per se.... these are often the solo version of mercs who cant find a unit to work with, or ones who don't want to go thru the Merc Guild (some might find the pay from "private" contracts are somewhat better in a number of cases, rather than going thru a third party - which will take a 'tithe' from your pay).

Even Mercenaries are slow to deal with these kinds of warriors, and often can be double-crossed by them too..

The Underworld

This is a kind of "organized crime" type faction that belive that rules only exist to be bent (or broken, if you can get away with it)..they "live" in the "outback" of the Battleverse, and so far attempts to locate or detain their agents and members have turned up empty. They mostly deal in "hot" (oka stolen) equipment and technology.. along with some overpowered Hacks. Such gear and hacks from this faction wont cause too much gripes from the System factions, unless you use it a bit too often or in a sanctioned match.
