Digital Vanguard is one of the major sub-groups of the system faction.

This is the main System Mega-Clan, made up mostly of CSR-players (these should be NPCs and the GMs as well. If we DO want players for this faction, it should be in Clans/Tribes who swear allegience to this faction [either as a majority or in totallity).
