mission episodes will be generated with the following factors:
-Episode title (like "Gift of the Gun, Stage 3")
(Most main storylines will have around 12- 20 "Stages", "OVA" ones ranging from 3 to 8)
-Main Objectives
-Secondary/Teriary Objectives
-Dungeon/Base size
-Resistance level (how many enemies)
-Difficulty level (how strong the enemies are)
-Loot (if any)
I think we should also add in a bonus reward for completing the stage in a certian amount of time (like EVE does), or for getting a certian rating on the Stage. On top of that, perhaps having hidden objectives that open other series, OVA mission sets, or even a chance at betraying a given faction (in the way that you get something from a given mission and a rival faction offers you more for it) would be a good way to keep things intresting and the players "on their toes".
